Millionair Club Charity

Millionair Club Charity is a Seattle non-profit Temporary Staffing Agency that connects people experiencing homelessness and poverty in the Greater Seattle Area with dignified jobs and support services. The organization’s mission is to empower people with job opportunities and tools to be stable, self-sufficient, and help build a healthy community.

In 2018 alone, 1,033 people became job ready through Millionair Club Charity’s Temporary Staffing Agency and earned over $2.6 million in collective wages. MCC provided staffing to 858 unique employers in 2018, including residential, commercial and non-profit organizations. Over the years, hundreds of Millionair Club Charity workers earned permanent job placements and housing referrals, translating to tens of millions of taxpayer dollars saved in public service expenses.

Unfortunately, people experiencing homelessness often have hurdles to overcome before they are ready for work. To support this transition, Millionair Club provides meals, shower and laundry facilities, storage lockers, transportation passes, and vision care, in addition to job training and career coaching. The MCC staff works with each individual to establish an individualized plan and set goals for their specific employment needs.

Parklands North Creek recently partnered with Millionair Club Charity by donating funds to serve a meal this November at their facility in Seattle. Members of the PNC team will get the chance to tour the facility, serve meals, and learn how MCC is taking a jobs first solution to homelessness in our area. In 2020, we were able to provide rent relief for those who effected by the virus.
